1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or purchasing any service through Violet Psychic, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Nature of Services
Violet Psychic provides tarot reading and spiritual counselling sessions for personal insight and self-reflection. Our services are intended for entertainment, personal development, and spiritual exploration purposes only.
Our counsellors are not licensed therapists, medical professionals, financial advisers, or legal practitioners. Nothing communicated during a session constitutes medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Readings and sessions are not a substitute for professional services in those fields.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Violet Psychic. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where we have reason to believe this requirement has not been met.
4. Booking Cancellation & Refunds
Individual sessions (1-to-1 bookings):- More than 48 hours before the session: full refund
- 24–48 hours before the session: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before the session: no refund
Group events & classes:- All event registrations are non-refundable regardless of when you cancel.
- If Violet Psychic cancels an event, a full refund will be issued automatically.
If a counsellor cancels or is unable to attend, you will receive a full refund.
5. Payments
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Violet Psychic does not store your card details. Prices are displayed in the currency of the counsellor you book and include all applicable fees. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time; changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
6. Session Recordings
Video sessions may be recorded at your request for an additional fee. By requesting a recording you confirm that you consent to being recorded and that you will not share the recording for commercial purposes or without the counsellor's written consent.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or threaten any counsellor or staff member
- Share login credentials or create accounts on behalf of others
- Attempt to circumvent any payment or security system
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform — including session notes, card interpretations, and guidance provided — is the intellectual property of Violet Psychic and its counsellors. You may use it for personal reference only and may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.
9. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect only what is necessary to deliver our services, and we do not sell your data to third parties. WhatsApp and email reminders are sent only if you provide your number and only in relation to booked sessions.
10. Disclaimer of Liability
Violet Psychic and its counsellors are not liable for any decisions you make based on information provided during a session. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any reading or guidance. Use of our services is entirely at your own risk.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
